We worked with customer on equipment design according to his brewing craft and the building limit. And we finished fabrication as scheduled last week. All the equipment passed the repeated testing procedures.

After one week sailing on the sea, our 300L nano beer brewing equipment and tanks are finally received. Customer sent some photos to us and is very happy and excited of our equipment.

Our 12hl & 24hl unitank fermenters and bright beer tanks were finished and passed pressure test and final inspection. We loaded containers yesterday and the containers have been released by Customs. All the tanks are expected to arrive at customer’s brewery on next week. We can not wait to receiving comment from customer.

After installation work, customer in Japan has already started to use our 10hl 3 vessels steam heating beer brewing equipment to brew beer.

Our 35hl & 70hl unitank fermenters and 70hl bright beer tanks are in process of fabrication and will ship to customer at the first week of July.

We received the feedback from our customer of 3hl electric heating beer brewing equipment recently. Our customer was satisfied with our beer fermentation tanks and beer brewing equipment.

Our customer ordered one set of 10hl 2 vessels steam heating beer brewing equipment and some beer brewing fermenters from our company.

At the beginning of Aug, we loaded the 12hl 3 vessels steam heating beer brewing equipment and 5hl 2 vessels steam heating brewing beer equipment into containers. We finished the 10hl 2 vessels steam heating brewhouse at the last day of august and loaded them into containers smoothly.

Just received info that our 10hl beer brewing system and beer fermentation tanks have been received by customer. We can see that our customer prepares well to install brewhouse and all tanks have been positioned.

We received the order of 35hl and 70hl beer fermentation tanks in May, The normal delivery time is in early July. But we received notice from customer at the end of June that there is a delay in customer’s construction,and they will not be able to take possession of the tanks until mid October.

After 45 days of production, our team finished the fabrication of 6 pcs of 6HL beer fermentation tanks and 1 pc of 20HL bright beer tank. All the tanks have been finished the quality inspection before loading yesterday. We also measured each ports, manway and height of tank, in order to make sure everything is the same with drawing. We have sent the final photos to customer and waiting for the feedback.

Good news from our customer that their brewery has been constructed completely. They can transport tanks to their brewery. We finished booking liner, washing tanks and loading containers within the shortest time. Now all the tanks have been arrived at destination port and will transport to customer's brewery.

These 1pc of 20bbl beer storage tank and 2pcs of 10bbl beer fermentation tanks are repeat order from old customer. Tanks are all fully customized by DYM brewing solutions design team according to brewhouse’s capacity and brewery’s limited.

We received the feedback after they did a preliminary inspection at the transportation loading facility.
These approbation enhance our confidence that we will try the best to present the best equipment to customers.

At the beginning of 2022, we received good news from customer that they are very satisfied with our beer fermentation tanks. This is not only a summary of our work in past 2021, but also a goal for our work in 2022.

5HL steam heating brewhouse uses threaded union at all joints of piping work. The service life of the light is greatly increased on MLT and KTW by increasing the high temperature resistance of lamp sockets and cables.
