It is well known that there are many kinds of heating methods for the brewing equipment, such as direct fire heating and electric heating and so on, but the steam heating method is by far the most applied method of imparting heat to brewing equipment.

Cleaning- in-place (CIP) is cleaning of equipment without disassembly or transport to a different location, such as a sink. It has many advantages, saving space, saving labor cost, also increasing worker safety, and less equipment wear caused by disassembly and reassembly.

There are many kinds of pumps used in brewery applications. Such as centrifugal pumps, liquid ring seal pumps, rotary lobe pumps and so on, but the centrifugal pumps (also named velocity –based pumps) are the most common pump in the brewery.

We worked with customer on equipment design according to his brewing craft and the building limit. And we finished fabrication as scheduled last week. All the equipment passed the repeated testing procedures.

We received the feedback from our customer of 3hl electric heating beer brewing equipment recently. Our customer was satisfied with our beer fermentation tanks and beer brewing equipment.

Our customer ordered one set of 10hl 2 vessels steam heating beer brewing equipment and some beer brewing fermenters from our company.

At the beginning of Aug, we loaded the 12hl 3 vessels steam heating beer brewing equipment and 5hl 2 vessels steam heating brewing beer equipment into containers. We finished the 10hl 2 vessels steam heating brewhouse at the last day of august and loaded them into containers smoothly.

Just received info that our 10hl beer brewing system and beer fermentation tanks have been received by customer. We can see that our customer prepares well to install brewhouse and all tanks have been positioned.

We received the order of 35hl and 70hl beer fermentation tanks in May, The normal delivery time is in early July. But we received notice from customer at the end of June that there is a delay in customer’s construction,and they will not be able to take possession of the tanks until mid October.

We fabricated many beer brewing equipment for customers from all over the world. Our customers were satisfied with the brew beer equipment not only because of the good quality of the equipment but also our equipment has automatic control cabinet which can facilitate customer to operate the equipment. Let's learn what are some common items found in beer brewing electrical system.

Butterfly valves are sanitary valves and mainly suitable for on-off operation. The price of butterfly valve is relatively inexpensive.The design features of the butterfly valves are that pivots on a center axis like a disk and is sealed with a replaceable valve seat of an appropriate electrometric material. This design allows for complete cleaning of all beer brewing equipment contact surfaces in a CIP operation when fully opened.

After 45 days of production, our team finished the fabrication of 6 pcs of 6HL beer fermentation tanks and 1 pc of 20HL bright beer tank. All the tanks have been finished the quality inspection before loading yesterday. We also measured each ports, manway and height of tank, in order to make sure everything is the same with drawing. We have sent the final photos to customer and waiting for the feedback.

Good news from our customer that their brewery has been constructed completely. They can transport tanks to their brewery. We finished booking liner, washing tanks and loading containers within the shortest time. Now all the tanks have been arrived at destination port and will transport to customer's brewery.

a. Clamped connections.
Clamped commonly involve a gasket and a clamp.
b. Threaded fittings.
Threaded fittings have the same sanitary features with clamped fittings but it used a nut to connect and tighten the fitting. The threads on the nuts and the female portion of the fitting are not easy to touch the product and easy to clean.

These 1pc of 20bbl beer storage tank and 2pcs of 10bbl beer fermentation tanks are repeat order from old customer. Tanks are all fully customized by DYM brewing solutions design team according to brewhouse’s capacity and brewery’s limited.

We received the feedback after they did a preliminary inspection at the transportation loading facility.
